Skin Script Raspberry Refining Cleanser is a foaming exfoliating cleanser with 2% glycolic acid + 2% salicylic aciddesigned to remove surface buildup, address visible congestion, and refine rough or uneven texture. Skin Script specifically recommends it for oily and normal/combination skin with acne concerns.

WHY I LIKE IT

Because we're getting two different types of exfoliation without turning your cleanser into a leave-on peel.

Glycolic acid works primarily at the skin's surface to loosen buildup and support smoother texture, while salicylic acid is oil-soluble and particularly useful when congestion and excess oil are part of the conversation. Raspberry, yucca, turmeric, neem, green tea, and other botanical ingredients round out the formula.

And because this is an active cleanser, it does not need to be your twice-a-day, seven-days-a-week face wash.

HOW TO USE

Apply to damp skin and gently massage to create a lather, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Use 2–4 times per week, or as directed by your esthetician. Apply SPF during the daytime while using this product.

This is your active cleanser, not necessarily your everyday cleanser.

If you've already got a leave-on acid, peel pad, retinoid, or another exfoliating treatment in your routine, we need to look at the whole picture before piling this on top. More exfoliation does not automatically mean clearer skin. Sometimes it means irritated skin with a brand-new dark mark to remember the experience by.
