At The Skin Jawn, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy provides information on how we handle shipping for any physical products or materials. Please note, digital products are available for immediate download and do not require shipping.

1. **Order Processing Time**

 

All physical product orders are processed within **2-3 business days** from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Each order is handmade with cruelty-free, plant-based ingredients by a one-woman show. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders, ranging from 3-7 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

 

2. **Shipping Methods and Rates*

We offer several shipping options based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method selected.

 

- **Standard Shipping:** Typically takes **5-7 business days** for delivery.

- **Expedited Shipping:** Typically takes **2-4 business days** for delivery.

 

3. **Shipping Destinations**

We currently ship to the United States. If you are located outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

 

 4. **Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

 5. **Shipping Issues**

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us at info@theskinjawn.com  within **7 days** of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 6. **Shipping Costs**

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We, TSJ, are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 7. **Address Accuracy**

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
