At  The Skin Jawn , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges for our digital products and services.


  1.  Digital Products 


Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the product (such as e-books, guides, vendor lists, or any downloadable content) is purchased and delivered, we  do not offer refunds  or exchanges. We highly encourage you to review the product details and reach out to us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.


However, if you encounter technical issues with your digital download or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@theskinjawn.com within  48 hours  of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


  2.  1:1 Consultation Services 


For 1:1 consultations or formulation services, refunds are generally  not provided  unless exceptional circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least  24 hours in advance  to avoid any charges. Failure to notify us in advance may result in the forfeiture of your payment.


  3.  Refund Exceptions 


We do not process refunds for the following reasons:

- Changing your mind after the purchase

- Not fully reading the product descriptions before buying

- Not showing up for scheduled consultations without prior notice


  4.  How to Request a Refund or Exchange
